  • 2000-2001 Studium „Print and Online Journalism“ am Emerson College, Boston, USA. Abschluss als Master of Arts

  • Seit 2004 Doktorandin am Institut für Journalistik der Universität Dortmund. Thema: „Europäische Identität in der Berichterstattung über den möglichen Beitritt der Türkei zur EU“
